Gabcast 101

Here's how my talking genius dog post looks with Gabcast. It's a podcasting service that allows you to call your blog and record an audio post from your phone. Downside: The obtrusive branding messes with even my aesthetic. And the file doesn't play on the blog site as with YouTube or Blip.tv. Clicking the arrow takes you to the Gabcast site where you have to activate another audio player.

Still, if you're a little geeky like me and want to try blogging on the go...

Gabcast! Molly's blogs #1 - My dog missed me!

And she loves me, too!

If you want to upload audio files from your local computer, you'll need to upgrade for $6 a month. The teleblogging is free, though.

These two talking dog posts should keep everybody happy until the much-anticipated release of "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" (October 3).
